Once the parcel is mailed out, you will be notified that your order has been fulfilled via email. While we will always do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly, please understand that there are unforeseeable circumstances - such as service interruptions and post office delays - that are beyond our control.
Kindly ensure the full and correct address is stated. We will not be responsible in the event that the address provided by customer is incomplete/incorrect. Orders with incomplete/incorrect address may result in lost or delayed mailed, and any shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
Local Shipping (Singapore)
We offer free delivery on all orders within Singapore. This method offers no tracking service - if you'd like to track your parcel, kindly opt for Registered Mail. We will not be responsible for lost mail if customer does not opt for Registered Postage with tracking service.
We offer complimentary Registered Mail on all orders S$60 and above. If your order is S$60 and above, please leave the mailing option as the default Normal Mail - we will process on our end and ship via Registered Mail. We are unable to refund you otherwise.
Once your parcel has been shipped out, it typically takes 2-7 working days for it to reach you.
We ship worldwide! If you would like to place an order from outside of Singapore, there is an International Delivery option available with a flat fee of S$10. If your total order is over S$100, key in the code FREESHIP at checkout for free International Delivery.

Received the wrong item or a faulty one? We're sorry to hear that, please drop us an email at email@example.com with details of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will look into this for you.
Once the fault has been verified, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the form of shopping credits.
Our promise to replace the item or refund you does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
